Booking Information and Conditions

I agree to the below statement and therefore I would like my child to be booked in to the chosen session

Program Alterations:
Explore and Soar reserves the right to cancel or modify programs if necessary. If any such changes occur, we will promptly inform you.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off:
To ensure your child’s safety, please accompany them to the hall entry door during drop-off and supervise them until the session begins. Our clinicians will be busy preparing for the session and are only responsible for your child once the session starts. Your child will be signed in and out of their session for security reasons.

Please pick up your child within 10 minutes of the program’s end time. If you anticipate being late, kindly inform us immediately. Additional fees may apply for late pickups.

If someone other than yourself will collect your child, kindly notify us of the pick-up arrangements during drop-off or call 0477 708 217. This will help us ensure the safety and well-being of your child.

What to bring:
– Children are welcome to bring a bag for their personal belongings, but they must refrain from bringing any food that contains nuts, eggs, or shellfish to the sessions.
– All children must wear enclosed shoes.
– We recommend that children wear older clothes that are suitable for messy play and sensory experiences.
– Please apply sunscreen to your child before the session starts.
– Children should also bring a hat, water bottle, and other items specified closer to the session date.
– While we will do our best to ensure no items are lost, we cannot take responsibility for any lost or broken personal items the child brings to the session.

Cancellations:
Once you submit this form, your child will be booked for the selected session, and Explore and Soar cancellation policy will apply.

Booking and confirming school holiday group programs and intensives are completed 5 to 6 weeks in advance. Due to high demand and limited availability for the week programs, week cancellations apply.
• If a client cancels a week-long group program, there will be a 90% cancellation fee for the whole week. However, this fee will not be applied if the allocated place for the group program is filled. This is non-negotiable since preparation and group program development are completed before the running of the group.
• If an emergency or medical incident occurs, fees will be determined at Explore and Soar discretion.

During the session:
During the sessions, Explore and Soar prioritises the well-being of the children. For safety purposes, the hall doors may be closed. If children are participating in outdoor activities, they will be under continuous supervision within the hall grounds.

Children will participate in pre-planned activities suitable for their age and abilities in a safe environment supervised by experienced staff.

All children will be provided with a name badge. Photos may be taken during sessions, and these may be used for Explore and Soar’s advertising and social media. If you prefer your child’s face not to appear in photos, please inform us before the sessions, and we will do our best to respect your wishes.

If your child behaves in a way that may cause injury to themselves or others (for example, hitting, biting, throwing items, head banging, running onto a road, etc.), the Explore and Soar clinicians will respond in the most appropriate way to minimise injury to the child or others nearby. If the situation escalates, you may be contacted to collect your child from the session.
